The AGM was held on 29 November 2011 at the Colwyn Bay Cricket Club.
The Annual Report was agreed.
Sue Davies gave the financial report, for the period April 2010 – March 2011 which had been independently examined with a statements attached to that effect.
The election of the Management Committee was explained and Officers and committee
were agreed for 2012.
Information was given at the meeting on the progress of the “Moving On Solutions Group” and the role Conwy Connect will be taking. Further information on this will be available in the Moving On Bulletin.
This was followed by Jigsaw Puzzles; all in the winning team received a prize each.
