The Friendship Group launched on Thursday 29 May. If you are interested in becoming a member please contact the office.

When you join the Friendship Group you will create a personal profile about yourself. The Friendship Team will help you put your profile together. It will include a photograph of yourself.
Your profile will be sent to other members to let them know that you are interested in the same activity.

All your personal information will be held on computer which will have a password. Your information will remain private and confidential within Conwy Connect. We will not give anybody who is not a member of the Group your details. You can tell us what information you are happy to share.

• You must be able to make your own way there and back from an activity. We will try to encourage people to share transport where possible.

• If you require support to access an activity then you must provide it yourself.

• The Friendship Group will not pay for any activities. Any costs must be met by you.

• When considering which activity to take part in you must make your own decisions about the risk and if you feel it is one you wish to take.
