Conwy Connect is a charity that promotes the rights of people with a learning disability within the County of Conwy in North Wales.
We offer independent information and advice, giving people a voice, raising their views, concerns and campaigning when necessary.
We take part in the planning and monitoring of learning disability services whilst promoting the needs and views of our members.
We produce a range of information and also offer a person centred planning service.
This website is under redevelopment so not all links will be working at present.
